(reajuste) nos percentuais concedidos aos professores aposentados da UEMA e UEMASUL, a t\u00edtulo de gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o de incentivo profissional, com efeitos a partir de 1 de Janeiro de 2024, levou of\u00edcio em m\u00e3os \u00e0 Secretaria de Estado de Gest\u00e3o, Patrim\u00f4nio e Assist\u00eancia dos Servidores do Estado do Maranh\u00e3o (SEGEP) e ao Instituto de Previd\u00eancia dos Servidores do Estado do Maranh\u00e3o (IPREV), requerendo informa\u00e7\u00f5es acerca da n\u00e3o majora\u00e7\u00e3o e, ao mesmo tempo, solicitando a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do que fora determinado em
